These apply to all experiences, including MTB, E-MTB, E-Scooter, Moped Scrambler, Luxury Scooter Tours, Fleet Rentals, and Airport Transfers.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be made via our website, authorized agents, or in person.

- Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm reservations.
- An adult must accompany children aged 12 to 16. Family bookings are available for children aged 3–16, with child-friendly arrangements in place.
- Balance payments (if applicable) must be made before the tour begins at our office or via a secure link.
1.2 Payment Methods
- We accept: ABA Payway (Visa/Mastercard), bank transfers, and cash.
- A confirmation email is sent once the payment is processed.
- Customers are responsible for any transaction or currency conversion fees.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Day Tours:
- 7+ days before: Full refund minus 10% (bank/admin fees).
- 3–7 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days: No refund.
- Multi-Day & Tailor-Made Tours:
- 30+ days before: Full deposit refund.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of deposit.
- Less than 15 days: No refund.
- Private Tours:
- More than 14 days: Refund minus 10% admin fee.
- 7–13 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund.
2.2 Operator-Initiated Cancellations
- Tours may be canceled due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or government restrictions.
- Customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Unique Adventure is not responsible for non-refundable travel costs (flights, hotels, visas).
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
3. Tour Experience Conditions
- Cycling Tours (MTB & E-MTB): Helmets are mandatory, and GPS tracking is provided.
- Moped Scrambler Tours: Prior experience required; a valid license may be needed.
- Luxury Scooter Tours: Minimum age 18; helmets mandatory; fines/damages are the rider’s responsibility.
4. Tour Types Conditions
- Day & Multi-Day Tours: Group tours are available; however, itineraries may change due to local events/weather conditions.
- Tailor-Made & Private Tours: Require 7 days’ notice; special requests must be communicated in advance.
- Multi-Adventure Packages: Physical fitness is required; participants must follow the guide’s instructions.
- Fleet Rental: Valid ID/license required; customer responsible for damages; helmets & GPS included.
- Airport Transfers: Must provide flight details 24 hours in advance; waiting time policy applies.
5. Health & Safety
- Customers must disclose medical conditions.
- We reserve the right to deny participation for safety reasons.
- First aid is available; please bring any personal medication if needed.
- Compliance with Cambodian health regulations is required.
6. Liability & Insurance
- Unique Adventure is not responsible for injuries, property loss, or accidents that may occur during tours.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- Liability waiver must be signed before participating.
7. Equipment Use & Damage
- All bikes, scooters, helmets, and GPS devices must be returned in good condition.
- Damages caused by negligence will be charged.
8. Code of Conduct
- Respect local culture, traditions, and environment.
- Littering, harming wildlife, or engaging in misconduct may result in removal without refund.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- Customer data is used solely for booking and safety purposes.
- No data shared with third parties unless legally required.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes are first addressed amicably.
- If unresolved, they are governed by Cambodian law.
